Tollywood’s blockbuster Diwali release, ‘Ka’ written and directed by the duo Sujeeth and Sandeep J.L and stars Kiran Abbavaram, Nayaka Sarika, Tanvi Ram is a mystery thriller, following the journey of an orphan who escapes his orphanage and gets a job of postman in Krishnagiri, delivering letters to villagers.
The protagonist has a passion for reading the letters for the villagers and loves the feeling of comfort, and also falls in love with Sathyabama, played by Nayan Sarika. Fate intervenes and the village is engulfed in mysterious happenings, many girls go missing. The protagonist also finds himself in an unknown situation, conversing with a masked antagonist, who plays the cards in the mystery while the hero navigates through the gripping plot.
This movie was a huge success among the audience with people flooding the theatres after weeks of release, the movie earned the ‘Blockbuster’ status. Due to the rave reviews and brimming shows, the regional movie takes the journey to Kerala with Wayfarer Films buying the rights of release in Kerala.
The production company owned by actor Dulquar Salmaan is quick to jump in the line to obtain the rights of ‘Ka’ and has planned to release the stellar mystery thriller in Malayalam on November 22. The news is officially shared by the distributors.

‘Ka’ with young talents and fresh perspective is bankrolled by Chinta Gopalakrishna Reddy and edited by the talented Sree Varaprasad. ‘Ka’ movie had a good run in the theatres with the collection at the end of Day 13 being around 25 crores. The film with balanced music by Sam CS was released on 31 October, 2024 and is on the verge of having a breakthrough in Kerala too, where the audience are open to good cinema, irrespective of the language.
