A dreamy woman who wants to escape the constraints of her family and wants to adventurously elope but is not interested in relationships meets a guy who acts like he is mentally affected to escape the law. The latter falls in love with the girl who is not looking for love and what conspires to be a full blown comedy entertainer is Jithu Madhavan’s ‘Painkili’.
From the venting mom of a mentally unstable son, who gets angry for being relatable to a comical love triangle in sight as a woman proposing to Suku and the hilarious sequence of Suku with a rose in his mouth with bubbles around, the trailer gives too much and nothing much at the same time.
