G.V.Prakash’, the musical maestro with a mesmerizing voice who has now become the leading actor of Kollywood cinema,  continues to slay the audience with his consistent performance, which is getting shaped through the challenging roles. His acting debut kicked off in 2015 in a super hit horror movie “Darling” and the zeal to anchor himself as an actor continued and now he has emerged to celebrate his silver jubilee movie “Kingston”. Kingston is the 25th movie of G.V. in his decade of journey as an actor, which is something not as easy as it looks.

Kingston – Trailer

The trailer of the 25th movie of G.V. has been revealed on Feb 27, 2025 ahead of its March release. The story is set in the backdrop of Thuvathur, a seashore village. The dialect of the characters ensures that it is a village in Thoothukudi. The people of this place are intimidated by some mysterious stories woven by ghosts and some unusual activities which took lives of the fishermen who went sailing into the ocean. Though the myth of treasure kindles the villagers they are stopped by the loss and hardship caused by the ocean. But the greed over the money encourages G.V./the protagonist decides to return into the ocean to seek out the enigma. The thriller tone now gets shifted to supernatural horror and some of the bad spirited figures attack those fishermen in the boat. Meanwhile, they are attacked by some unknown group of men with high-calibre weapons. It is a battle of survival to surpass all the unforeseen events during a venturesome journey.
