Excitement is building for ‘Vidaamuyarchi’, the most awaited film starring Actor Ajith Kumar and actress Trisha Krishnan, as the government has approved the early morning screening across all over Tamil Nadu. Set for February 6th and 7th fans have exclusive opportunities to catch the film at 9:00 AM, a treat for movie lovers.

The decision was taken after receiving the formal letter request from Lyca Productions Private Limited the film’s production company. In a letter sent on 3rd February 2025 the company requested permission for a special early morning screening. In response after conducting the examination procedure with the Tamil Nadu Government authorities, the result was to host additional screenings.

This decision is made under the authority granted by Section 11 of the Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Act 1955.
Cinema Maintenance and Hygiene Protocols
The Additional Chief Secretary and Revenue Administration Officer has informed that due to the additional timing for special screenings in theatres, arrangements should be made to ensure the safety of the viewers, prevent overcrowding and avoid public health issues.
It is also important to ensure that the public and viewers can enter and exit smoothly and theatres will be cleaned and maintained hygienically. Adequate space, time intervals and proper safety measures must be implemented.These protocols might have come because of the Pushpa-2 stampede incident.
Based on this permission has been approved to screen the movie Vidaamuyarchi at 9:00 AM on the 6th and 7th of February 2025 under the Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957 and the final decision has been made by the government.
