‘Vidaamuyarchi’ Trailer Review: The awaited movie is finalised for a February Release

Ajith Kumar’s highly anticipated ‘Vidaamuyarchi’ Trailer just dropped with the fans pulled into the action, travel drama that looks spot on and has released a finalised date. Here’s the review.

‘Vidaamuyarchi’ helmed by director Magizh Thirumeni has been on and off the table, putting the fans over the edge a few times in finalising a release date. The Trailer releasing minutes ago puts them out of the misery as the highly anticipated travel, action drama is marked for release on 6 February 2025 Worldwide.

Although Ajith Kumar’s recent extremely proud win at the Dubai 24H circuit made their fans compromise for the delayed release of the actor’s movie ‘Vidaamuyarchi’, they were soon wearing away from the spell. Right on time Lyca Productions swooped in to release the most requested trailers of recent times, which is everything on point.

Vidaamuyarchi Trailer Review

The Plot of Vidaamuyarchi follows a lovely married couple on a road trip stranded in the middle of nowhere in Azerbaijan. The duo is further separated after a group of kidnapers take away the wife, leaving the husband without a clue to rescue her.

The trailer shows pieces of flashbacks from the time the couple met, their relationship and the points leading up to the unfortunate Road trip. The deserted place is captured beautifully with wide angle frames and from the birds eye view perspective, the cinematography gives the severity of the kidnap. Trisha as Kayal is taken away while Ajith is lost in his own way and gets the help of a couple – Rakshith played by Arjun and Regina Cassandra whose role is unknown but assumed to be of greyish antagonists.

Gripping Car chases and slowed down investigations with the locals add an eerie layer of thrill to the trailer, easily pulling the fans by the story more than the lead actor. The movie although is the adaptation from the 1997 film ‘Breakdown’ feels throttled a little more for the Tamil audience and of course to utilise the immense racing talents of actor Ajith Kumar in the film.

‘Coolie’ to ‘Retro’ Here are some of the Most Anticipated Tamil movie releases of 2025
