Dasaradh Ramam is the father whose personality is as same as the mythological character of lord Rama. A straightforward person and the only uncorrupted government employee in his office. Whereas, his son Raghava is polar opposite to his father. An unemployed young man with no purpose in life and good deeds to cherish. He is highly affected by the failures personally & professionally. This is a transformative journey of both the father and son.

‘Ramam Raghavam’ – Overall Review
A huge round of applause must be given to the director Dhanraj Koranani who also played the lead role as Raghava. Because he has showcased his experience by being in the industry for more than two decades through the highly intense and soul-crushing sequences knowing very well how an audience would react & connect to it personally, which adds even more soul to it. For movies like ‘Ramam Raghavm’ the emotional rapo between the audience and the characters are more important which has been done so well which looks so effortless without any forced one.
Also, Dhanraj succeeds in provoking the vindictiveness within us by being a useless son who is good for nothing but simply a meddler with so much toxicity. For which you may even feel to thrash this guy Raghava brutally. The movie peaks towards the climax when the character arc of Raghava and his friend Deva, a truck driver shifts drastically from one end to the other end. Raghava is a fictional character but we can even witness such personalities in the nearby houses or even in our own households, who have been labelled as a failure and pushed away from being loved. These societal pressures might even force the individual to find a door that could lead them to success in a very short span of time, which is depicted in the sequences when Raghava invests the PF money of his father in match fixing and he even cheats at his workplace through crooked plans.
The movie looks more realistic with perfect casting & their raw and refined performances from the beginning till the roll out of the movie. But the esteemed actor Samuthirakani as father will always remain an icon in whatever language he acts. ‘Ramam Raghavam’ is a beautiful but tear-jerking reminder to embrace the love within us before it becomes too late.

Since, it is a hardcore emotional movie, the viewers who are used to happily ever after or a commercial movie with action masala, then this might not impress your expectation.
