Telangana government has issued a monetary statement for the upcoming Pan-Indian movie “Pushpa 2: The Rule”. The production company of this movie, Mythri Movie Makers and the movie team has made their query to the Telangana government to enhance the ticket rate and to add on the shows during the premiers. In the document, they have mentioned that the director Sukumar and his leading Stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and others have requested the government so, they are now issuing the statement of granting permissions in accordance to their request by quoting them.

- A benefit show on 04.12.2024 (Wednesday) at all the single screens and multiplexes in Telangana with the ticket rate of Rs.800. (only for this show)
- On December 5, 2024 additional shows at 1 am and at 4 am in all theatres of Telangana

- From 05.12.2024 to 08.12.2024 – Rs.150
- From 09.12.2024 to 16.12.2024 – Rs.105
- From 17.12.2024 to 23.12.2024 – Rs.20
Hike in Ticket prices (Multiplexes/IMAX)
- From 05.12.2024 to 08.12.2024 – Rs.200
- From 09.12.2024 to 16.12.2024 – Rs.150
- From 17.12.2024 to 23.12.2024 – Rs.50
They have also stated that GST taxes will be applicable to all the ticket prices. The statement has ended with,
“All the collectors and District Magistrates & Licensing Authorities and the Commissioners of Police in the Telangana concerned are requested to take necessary follow up action in the matter, accordingly” – Home Department of Telangana.
